Hallpass Media was founded October 2008 and quickly grew to include
12 fully developed websites, targeted on dominating specific gaming verticals. By creating engaging portals with a strong focus on user experience, great navigation and premium content, Hallpass Media has grown to one of the largest developers and distributors of online games reaching over 6.5 million gamers monthly.
Hallpass Media was acquired by Mindjolt (a division of SGN) in April of 2010.

FPS Networks acquired the Addicting Games domain name and completely rebuilt and relaunched the site shortly afterwards. Within 6 months of redevelopment over 1 million unique viewers were accessing the site daily, making it one of the most viewed websites in the world. Addicting Games defines casual gaming and remains one of the worlds largest and most successful gaming portals.
Addicting Games was acquired by Atom Entertainment (a division of Viacom) in November of 2005.

Flashplayer was launched in 2002 as the premier destination website for animation and gaming developers to showcase their projects. With highly active user forums, social features and user driven content FlashPlayer quickly became one of the premier destinations for Flash developers as well as gaming and animation enthusiasts.
Flashplayer was acquired by UGO (a division on Hearst Interactive) in November of 2005.

Rhys Jones - Chief Technology Officer
Rhys is the lead architect of the technology and engineering that drives FPS Networks. As partner, with over a decade of experience building and managing large scale websites Rhys has pioneered many of the methods that allow FPS Networks to maintain its competitive advantage in rapid development for high traffic, high bandwidth, feature rich web sites that continually push the boundaries of web applications.
Rhys has experience in a wide array of web technologies and has managed local as well as offsite, international programing studios. Rhys continues to mentor and train web developers and holds a diploma in Computer Systems Technology from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology).
